We heard of Exclusive Turkish Developments through a friend who also bought property through Exclusive Turkish Developments before and highly recommended ETD.
ETD’s developments are situated in highly sought after locations with good amenities/transport nearby. The process was straightforward with ETD helping with Notaries and also liasing with the Developer for clarifications and any changes we wanted carried out on the property being built – we were very satisfied.

We enjoyed dealing with the staff quite a lot actually; they were very efficient with any queries and very personable to deal with. We decided to take an inspection trip to aide our decision to purchase a property. We were able to visit developments that the developer had completed previously which gave us an insight into the level of quality we could expect from our development. We were also able to visit the location of the proposed development and get a feel for the area and the location itself.
In addition we travelled with our two small children, aged 3 and 4 and didn’t have any trouble whatsoever. The transfer from Bodrum to Kusadasi was a little uncomfortable, as the car didn’t have air-conditioning. Our development is not completed as yet, however from seeing previous developments the developer had completed, the standard looked very high indeed. We would absolutely recommend Exclusive Turkish Developments to others in the near future.

We heard about ETD through our friend Margaret Caswell. ETD’s developments are in superb locations in Kusadasi Turkey and the purchase process was very good, the service we received from Aykan Arslan and all the staff at ETD was very professional and helpful. |

We feel that it is a great idea to take an inspection trip and that it is essential in the decision making process. We received our contracts in a timely fashion and are delighted with our newly purchased property, the quality and workmanship and materials are first-rate and have a very professional finish. Kusadasi is very accessible from Ireland from April to October, a little more difficult in the other months. We would highly recommend Exclusive Turkish Development to others in the future without hesitation. |

May we take this opportunity to thank you for all the time, information and assistance you gave us during our recent inspection visit to Turkey.
As you are well aware I was a total sceptic about investing in property in Turkey. How wrong can one be for what we found was a country with a lot to offer to the investor. The friendly people, lovely food and overall value for money is hard to surpass anywhere else in Europe.

We are really excited about the property we have purchased and cannot wait to get the keys in July. Both Aegean Breeze and Cypress Hill are two very exciting projects and whoever invests in either will not be sorry. It was hard for us to decide between them, however the size and intimacy and our view of Kusadasi Bay at Aegean Breeze is what won us over in the end.
