PROPERTY MANAGEMENT:

Peace of mind Property Management Company (POM) will proctect your property year round.  Taking inventory of the items in your villa or apartment; make utility and monthly maintenance payments on your behalf and we will also make small repairs when required.

Liasing between you and your builder for any repairs, including two free cleanings and one welcome basket placed in your villa on your arrival, which contains basic items to get your holiday started.  With two weeks notice of your arrival, POM will open and air your property and provide a list of all emergency numbers in the area to include on call doctors.  Take inventory of the contents of your property and closing your villa/apt. on your departure.  The service will allow you to begin your holiday immediately and your time will not be wasted, airing and cleaning your villa or apartment.  POM will visit your property twice monthly where an inspection for damages will occur.  If there are any damages, POM will photograph and e-mail you.  Peach of Mind will notify your insurance agents to have repairs made immediately to eliminate surprise repairs on your arrival.  Peach of Mind will recommend contractors and monitor repairs.

"We would like our clients to be aware of all transactions made in regards to their property.  Our website, www.mypomtr.com is user friendly and designed with our clients requirements in mind.  You can view information about your investment at your discretion.  You will be able to login and view photos of your property and all transactions made on your behalf with receipts to match each payment.  This information is displayed over a three-month period and is updated twice monthly.
